Entrepreneur and keen golfer Feisal Nahaboo has featured in the UK business press after being revealed as a participant in a revolutionary new annual golfing tour.
Outside of the business world, the founder and CEO of the Alitam Group is a distinguished amateur golfer, being a four-time Global Amateur Golf Tour (GAGT) winner.
Only last year, he won the 2022 GAGT World and UK Amateur Championships.
Now he has announced that he is leaving the GAGT to play in the newly launched European Players Tour (EPT).
The EPT is described as a “new, exciting and highly exclusive private member’s club, designed by golf players for the sole benefit of golf players”.
It is said to be the most competitive tour for low handicap amateurs and is open to amateur players with handicaps ranging from +1 to 12.
Most notably, the EPT allows amateur golfers to compete in a season-long Order of Merit against former PGA European Tour winners and former Ryder Cup players.
Feisal Nahaboo, CEO and founder of the Alitam Group, is also one of the UK’s top amateur golfers, being the current GAGT World and UK Amateur Champion.

By 2024, the EPT plans to have 120 amateurs and circa 20 professionals competing head-to-head for trophies and valuable prizes.
