Pasta Sam author Chef Stacey Leith lifts the lid on life on tour with the stars
There has been widespread broadcast coverage for author Chef Stacey Leith this week.
Stacey, the author of the Pasta Sam series of children’s cookery books, has been interviewed by multiple BBC stations about her rise from kitchen pot washer to a touring chef with some of the world’s biggest music icons.
Stacey has previously worked with the likes of 50 Cent, The 1975, and Eric Clapton, and next month begins a six-week European tour with Ed Sheeran.
Stacey, who lives in Liverpool, has also been a chef for Peter Kay and Genesis.
She penned the Pasta Sam series of children’s story books, which launched last year, in the hope of inspiring children to learn to cook and to “think big” – potentially one day becoming high-paid chefs like her.
