Palamedes PR is reappointed once again by Bock Saga historian and author Carl Borgen
We are delighted to be working again with Bock Saga historian and author Carl Borgen once again.
Last year, we conducted a launch campaign for Mr Borgen which generated national and international headlines.
Respected as the world’s leading historian on the Bock Saga, an alternative creation myth revealed by Finnish mystic Ior Bock in the 1980s, he appointed book PR agency Palamedes to promote his debut book, acclaimed non-fiction title Temporarily Insane.
The book recounts the colourful adventures of the Temple Twelve, a dedicated group of amateur archaeologists, who for more than three decades have been searching for the ‘Lemminkäinen Hoard’ – a hidden stash of gold, jewels and ancient artefacts thought to be worth up to £15billion.
Bock Saga historianand author Carl Borgen is the world’s leading authority on the Lemminkäinen Hoard and the chronicle of the Temple Twelve, a dedicated team of amateur archaeologists who have been searching for the fabled treasure for the past three decades.
The End of Paradise by Carl Borgen is his second book, and the first novel based on the rich lore of the Bock Saga.
Our launch campaign generated news headlines around the world including the Daily Mail, The Sun, Metro, Irish Mirror, India Times and New York Post, among many others.
You can read the case study for our campaign on the Success Stories section of our website.
Subsequently, we have secured exposure for Mr Borgen’s second book, and first novel, The End of Paradise – which draws upon the rich lore of the Book Saga for a Young Adult adventure unlike any other.
Set during the end of Paradise Time, when the Earth’s axis has shifted and a new ice age is beginning, it is up to a small band of heroes to help the ruling family of gods survive as glaciers advance on the world’s first civilisation.
